How To Attach Tickets to Email

Here's a guide on how to utilise the different ticket delivery options available

  1. Find you chosen event and select edit.

  2. Click the "Attach tickets to email and allow download from my account" field to enable E-tickets in the email confirmation.

  3. On the "Ticket Printing Options" page, you will have three choices:

    • PDF Only – Enables only E-ticket delivery (including Apple Wallet).
    • Offer Printed – Allows the customer to choose between printed tickets (mailed) or
    E-ticket delivery.
    • Force Printed – Requires the customer to select posted (mailed) tickets only. Select the option that best suits your ticket delivery preferences

  4. Scroll to the bottom and press save
