Assign tickets, Email Tickets and Generate reports using the seat assigner tool

1 Click into the event schedule

2 Click the seat assigner button on the selected event schedule.

3 If you need to assign a ticket to a specific seat, you can select the seat and press "Assign ticket"

4 Select the name for the specific seat and press save.

5 Once any specific requests have been made you can use the assign all button to assign all remaining seats. The "Assign All" and "Unassign All" buttons at the top correspond to the whole event. The smaller black buttons are used on individual ticket types

6 Once all seats have been allocated, you can proceed with sending confirmation emails to all customers. Press "Send emails"

7 You can add a message and send the seat allocations to your customers.

Please note: if you make changes after sending the allocations, this will only send an email to any seats which have been moved.

8 To access the reports created by these seat assignments press exporrrt then select your chosen report.

Allocated seats - Provides all seats which are occupied

Unallocated Seats - Provides all seats which are yet to sell

Ticket sales - Provides customer Information with the seats they have been allocated
