1 Navigate to "Discount Codes" on the backend.
2 Click "Create discount code" to create a new code
3 Click the "Code" field, to add the new code required at checkout.
4 Select the "basis" box. To enable either a fixed checkout amount or percent of sale.
5 Add the amount of the discount in the box below the basis, the text will depends on which basis you have chosen.
Conditions which can be added
6 Click the "Event Schedule" if you would like this discount to only apply to one specific event.
7 If you discount is only applicable for a set time period you can add this date range in.
8 You can add both a usage limit and usage limit per customer depending on how often you want this code to be used.
9 There is the option to add condition based ticketing, if you are looking to add a family package or multi event offer these conditions can be set up.
10 If you are adding a promotion then enable the auto apply button, this will mean the discount you have created will auto apply at the basket.
11 Click "Save"
