How to Process a Refund for an Order

1. Navigate to the orders section on the back end.

2. Press the eye emblem to view the order.

3. Click "Refunds" in the top right of the order

4. Click "Full" to issue or a full refund for the ticket.

Or enter the amount if you wish to issue a partial refund.

5. Click "Refund" at the bottom to issue this refund to the customer
