Create a New Event on Seatlab

1. Navigate to the Backend

2. Click "New event"

3. Click the "Title" field. To enter the name of the event.

4. Click the "Type" field to open the category list, then select one or more categories that best describe the event.

5. Select the Ticket delivery method using this dropdown.

• PDF Only – Enables only E-ticket delivery (including Apple Wallet).
• Offer Printed – Allows the customer to choose between printed tickets (mailed) or
E-ticket delivery.
• Force Printed – Requires the customer to select posted (mailed) tickets only. Select the option that best suits your ticket delivery preferences

6. Add images to the website. The main two images are needed thumbnail and Cover image.

Change these based on the image size guide. If you need another copy of the image size guide reach out to [email protected].

7. Add a title based on the ticketing offering:

Standing title is for the standard tickets which will be offered. Additionally this will be come the name associated with buying tickets on mobile view.

Seating title is offered for any venues using a seating map where customers can select the seats.

8. Add a copy for the event here

9. If you would prefer to customise the confirmation email sent to customers, this text and title can be entered here. On top of this section is a website wide setting that will apply for all events

10. Add up to 2 advert images to the e-tickets sent out to customers

Add up to 4 sponsor images to the event page

11. There is the ability to password protect your event with multi password functionality based on the aa

12. Click Publish to push the event live on the front end

13. If you would like to set a date and time this goes live, add these within the boxes below

14. Add any search engine optimisation

15. Click "Meta Pixel ID"

16. Please note after completing the new event set up you will need to add an event schedule to complete setup, this will include date and time of the event and ticketing information.

Once you press save on this section you will be taken to a page which says "create schedule listing"
