1. Navigate to the events page on the back end
2. Click the calendar to open the events schedule.
3. Click "Create schedule listing"
4. Click the date and time to add the date and time of the event.
5. Click the "Enable Finish Time" field, to add finish time for the event
Additionally you can add a doors open time and event run time. However these are all optional.
6. If you have used season tickets, to add access to the event you will need to add the specific season ticket types
7. To sort the home page of the website you can add the categories related to the event here.
Tick the Featured event box to add this as one of up to 6 featured events on the home page.
8. Click this drop down to add a booking fee event wide. You will have the option to add this on individual ticket types.
9. If you need to override the copy or confirmation on a schedule basis this can be added here
10. Click the "Override total ticket capacity" field to set a total ticket count for the event.
Maximum quantity per basket enables a max amount of tickets allowed at checkout
11. "Buyable" turned off allows for the event to appear on the website but tickets will not be available.
Mark as sold out allows for you to set the event as sold out so no more tickets can be bought.
Allow multiple check-ins allows for the ticket to be scanned a number of time.
12. Important note - The venue must be created before you start adding the event schedule as you can't save the event without this added
13. Select the venue of this specific schedule, then start adding tickets.
14. Add the name of the ticket under "Ticket type"
An SKU will be created for you if left blank
15. Add an attendee age type of either Adult or Child
If child is selected this will offer the ability to force an adult ticket purchase to buy a children ticket.
16. Add the Ticket price and booking fee for this ticket type. if you have set the booking fee at the top then set the booking fee to "default"
17. We offer a number of booking fee display for the customers on the front end, there is a more in depth guide on this to show you each option.
18. Add the number of tickets available for this ticket type.
Additionally you can add a availability window for this ticket type if you want the ticket price to increase closer to the event.
19. If you have tickets you only want to see from the backend or POS, enabling "hide from frontend" will make it unavailable for customers.
20. There is the ability to add an instalment option, you can enable this and add the number of instalments the ticket price will be split over. There is more instalment information at the bottom of this page.
21. Optional- You can add a minimum and maximum of each individual ticket type
22. If there is any additional details about the ticket type this can be added in the tickets description box
23. If you have rules or conditions that the customer must read before purchase you can add this as an "acknowledgement", this will be shown before checkout with a tick box.
If you plan to offer extras like food or merchandise, these can be added as an "option". You can add an item from the shop and an increase in cost associated with the add-on.
If you need to add any additional fees at checkout outside of the booking fee, these can be added with the "custom fees" section
24. With instalments, these are typically split up evenly over the payment period, you can add an initial increase cost in this section.
You can send the customer's tickets either
When the first payment has been taken
or
Once the full instalment payment has been made
Important to note that if the first option is selected the tickets won't scan successfully if any of the payments have been missed.
25. You can add password protection to the individual schedule here.
26. Click "Save"
