1. We have made changes to our instalment set up and management, here are the steps on how to manage these.
2. Navigate to the event schedule of the event
3. Scroll to the bottom to the "pay in instalments" section.
Make sure to enable instalments via the button.
Then set the number of instalments and the first payment costs below
4. You can send the customer's tickets either
When the first payment has been taken
or
Once the full instalment payment has been made
Important to note that if the first option is selected the tickets won't scan successfully if any of the payments have been missed.
5. We added a new tab called "Instalments" to help manage all instalment payments. To find any incomplete payments, select Status and press "failed to collect"
Once you have found an order which has failed you can press "view instalments" to find which payments are missing
6. Then press "collect payment now" to retry charging the card.
7. To manage any instalment settings sitewide, go to settings and payment & Fees
8. Click the "email address" field to receive the failed instalment emails this can be managed here
9. You can set up automatic cancellation and how long after the payment this will be cancelled
